Somatic Healing Circle(s)

What is a Somatic Healing Circle? A guided experience that supports participants’ activation of internal coping skills through somatic (focus on the body, distinctly separate from the mind) techniques that promote relaxation, healing, and resilience. During this two-hour session attendees will discover various wellness therapies, including Sound Bath, Yoga Nedra (Nap Yoga/Rest Yoga), Conscious Breathwork, and Meditation. Guided by trained practitioners, this experience is designed to foster:

  • Enhanced focus

  • A sense of community

  • Increased overall sense of joy and well-being.
